Personal Training

I hold a B.S. in Exercise Physiology, a M.A. in Liberal Studies and am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with the National Strength and Conditioning Association.

With a Masters in Liberal Studies I pride myself in being able to draw on many varied sources of knowledge to create an empowering process out of each training session. Education is a central part of my work, challenging individuals to go deeper with their awareness in order to expand the possibilities of their lives.

Thinking outside of the box of typical fitness routines I like to design exercises and regimens that will challenge bodies to go further in a powerfully integrated way. I design and use exercises that challenge balance and coordination, and strengthen muscles holistically in order to create an aligned connection to ourselves.


I practice, study and teach Anusara Yoga, a uniquely beautiful and heart-oriented style of Hatha Yoga. With a focus on aligning the body with simple anatomical and biomechanical principles universal to all humans, we find ourselves uniquely empowered to live life more gracefully and invite unlimited qualities to our energy and capabilities.

Anusara Yoga teaches us to celebrate life and explore the possibilities available to us. The practice of Anusara Yoga is known to transform challenges into opportunities.


Anusara Yoga offers the Universal Principles of Alignment that serve as a blueprint for the body. These principles are highly effective at empowering those with misalignments and associated pain to not only remove their pain, but to know how to keep themselves pain free.
